If you and your partner are struggling with communication, distance, or recurring conflict, then you might be considering couples therapy. Couples therapy doesn’t just “repair” what’s broken; it helps you rediscover safety, connection, and shared purpose. In our sessions, you’ll gain a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore patterns, understand what’s really going on, and learn tools for deeper empathy, clearer communication, and stronger emotional intimacy.
Initial 70-minute intake session - $300
Ongoing 50-minute session - $250
I provide individual therapy for adults seeking evidence-based telehealth therapy for anxiety, depression, chronic pain, insomnia, trauma, grief, burnout, and working-memory difficulties. Services are offered via secure telehealth to patients in PSYPACT-participating states, Washington, and Montana. Therapy is available in English and Spanish and is designed for individuals who want practical tools, deeper insight, and lasting change.

I offer clinical supervision, professional consultation, public speaking, and customized trainings designed to support growth, confidence, and excellence in care. High-functioning anxiety often hides in plain sight. You get things done, people rely on you, and from the outside you may look confident, organized, and successful. But inside, it feels very different: the constant worry, overthinking, tightness in your chest, restless nights, or the pressure to hold everything together perfectly. You may feel burned out, overwhelmed, or afraid to slow down because that’s when the anxiety catches up to you. You deserve peace even if you’re “keeping it together.” You deserve rest even if you’re performing at a high level. You deserve a life where success doesn’t come at the cost of your wellbeing. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you move from tension and overdrive to clarity, balance, and a calmer way of being.
Living with chronic pain conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Back Pain, CRPS, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Pelvic Pain, and Vulvodynia amongst others often feels like more than just physical discomfort; it can impact sleep, mood, relationships, and the ability to have a fulfilling life. The good news is that it doesn’t have to stay that way. I use the biopsychosocial approach to treat the whole person, so you can move beyond pain and start living with more ease, clarity, and purpose. After working with me, my patients often report better sleep, improved mood, renewed energy, and a stronger connection to what matters most.
High-functioning depression can be invisible to everyone but you. You may show up for work, support the people you care about, and handle your responsibilities, yet inside you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or numb. You’re functioning, but not living. You may feel like you're pushing through each day on autopilot, keeping it together externally while quietly falling apart internally. You deserve support even if you’re “doing well.” You deserve relief even if you’ve been managing on your own. You deserve to feel alive, not just functional. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you move from quietly surviving to genuinely living with more ease, clarity, and purpose.
Grief and loss can feel overwhelming like a quiet ache that stays even when the days go on. You might feel stuck between sorrow and the expectation to “keep going,” unsure if it’s safe to grieve, or worried you should just “move on.” That tension can leave you feeling alone, numb, and lost. If your grief feels heavy, complicated, or “too big to carry alone,” you don’t have to walk this path on your own. You deserve healing that honors your pain and a space to find comfort, clarity, and hope again. Reach out today when you’re ready.
When sleep feels like elusive nights stretching with constant wake-ups, racing thoughts, or the dread of another sleepless night, it can wear you down physically and emotionally. Over time, insomnia chips away at your energy, mood, relationships, and ability to enjoy life. But it doesn’t have to stay this way. If you’re tired of counting minutes instead of dreams and are ready to reconnect with restful nights, renewed energy, and brighter days, you don’t have to do it alone. Let’s work together so you can reclaim the sleep and peace your body and mind deserve.
Trauma can leave deep, invisible scars such as lingering memories, chronic stress, physical tension, disrupted sleep, or a constant feeling of being on edge. Life may feel unpredictable, exhausting, or overwhelming, even when you’re trying to “hold it together.” But you don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing to move from surviving to living, not just day-to-day, but with more ease, clarity, and hope. I’m here to walk that path with you.
When your mind feels cluttered, overwhelmed, or constantly “on,” even simple tasks such as remembering details, managing multiple responsibilities, staying organized can feel like a heavy lift. Difficulty with working memory can make concentration, decision-making, and everyday functioning feel harder than it should. If you’re ready to stop just managing and start thriving with sharper focus, better memory, and renewed mental energy reach out today.

A Low-Commitment, Science-Informed Option for Stress Support.
Not everyone is ready to begin therapy and that’s completely okay. If you’re experiencing stress, emotional overload, difficulty unwinding, or feeling disconnected from your body, HeartMath® stress-regulation tools may offer a helpful place to start.
HeartMath devices and apps use heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback to support stress awareness and self-regulation skills. These tools are designed for everyday use and can be practiced in just a few minutes a day at home, at work, or while winding down in the evening.
I often recommend HeartMath as a self-guided wellness resource for individuals who want practical, evidence-informed tools to support emotional balance and resilience. While these tools are not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care, many people find them helpful for learning how to calm the nervous system and improve stress awareness.
