Life can feel overwhelming when emotional or physical pain takes over. You may feel isolated, scared, or trapped in patterns that are hard to shift. It doesn’t have to stay this way. In my practice, I offer personalized therapy that meets you where you are and supports you in moving toward a life filled with purpose, connection, and genuine fulfillment.
I work as an out-of-network provider and charge a fee for services, with rates similar to other licensed psychologists. I also offer the option of using Mentaya. I offer a complimentary 15-minutes phone consultation so we can discuss your concerns, explore questions, and get a sense of whether we’re the right match. If we choose to continue, we’ll schedule an intake session to review your background and collaborate on a tailored treatment plan.

The Cogmed Working Memory Training Program is an evidence-informed, online cognitive training program designed to support focus, mental organization, and cognitive efficiency.
Cogmed uses adaptive exercises that adjust to your performance level and is completed over several weeks with professional oversight. It is well suited for adults who notice difficulty holding information in mind, managing complex tasks, or sustaining attention especially under stress or cognitive load. Learn how Cogmed differs from a typical "Brain Training" app.
This program is not therapy, but a structured cognitive training option for individuals seeking targeted working memory support.

A Low-Commitment, Science-Informed Option for Stress Support.
Not everyone is ready to begin therapy and that’s completely okay. If you’re experiencing stress, emotional overload, difficulty unwinding, or feeling disconnected from your body, HeartMath® stress-regulation tools may offer a helpful place to start.
HeartMath devices and apps use heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback to support stress awareness and self-regulation skills. These tools are designed for everyday use and can be practiced in just a few minutes a day at home, at work, or while winding down in the evening.
I often recommend HeartMath as a self-guided wellness resource for individuals who want practical, evidence-informed tools to support emotional balance and resilience. While these tools are not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care, many people find them helpful for learning how to calm the nervous system and improve stress awareness.
