Anxiety

High-functioning anxiety often hides in plain sight. You get things done, people rely on you, and from the outside you may look confident, organized, and successful. But inside, it feels very different: the constant worry, overthinking, tightness in your chest, restless nights, or the pressure to hold everything together perfectly. You may feel burned out, overwhelmed, or afraid to slow down because that’s when the anxiety catches up to you. You deserve peace even if you’re “keeping it together.”

You deserve rest even if you’re performing at a high level. You deserve a life where success doesn’t come at the cost of your wellbeing. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you move from tension and overdrive to clarity, balance, and a calmer way of being.

Questions?

Starting therapy or seeking more support can bring up many questions. This section is here to guide you.

Schedule your free 15 minutes phone consultation at a time that works for you, and let’s see if we’re a good fit to work together.
Where are you located?
My practice is fully Telehealth-based, and all appointments are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. I am licensed in Washington, Montana, and authorized to provide Telehealth services to clients in 43 PSYPACT-participating states. View the PSYPACT map.

Telehealth: Care That Fits Your Life

Getting support shouldn’t feel complicated. Telehealth makes it easier to connect with a therapist from the comfort of your own space whether that’s your couch, your office, or wherever you feel most at ease.

Virtual sessions remove common barriers like travel time, long commutes, or busy schedules, making it simpler to prioritize yourself and your well-being. Telehealth can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and chronic pain amongst other conditions.

Most importantly, telehealth meets you where you are, literally and emotionally. You deserve care that feels accessible, supportive, and aligned with your life.
What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday appointments available. Evenings and Sunday appointments are also available upon request.
What are your fees?
I work as an out-of-network provider and charge a fee for services, with rates similar to other licensed psychologists. I offer a complimentary 15-minutes phone consultation so we can discuss your concerns, explore questions, and get a sense of whether we’re the right match. If we choose to continue, we’ll schedule an intake session to review your background and collaborate on a tailored treatment plan.

Payment is due 48 hours before each appointment and can be made via credit card. Please note that a cancellation fee applies if an appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

Do you accept insurance?
I am considered an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, many of my patients are able to use their PPO, HSA, or other flexible healthcare benefits for reimbursement. If you’d like to do this, I can provide a detailed billing statement or superbill after each session for you to submit to your insurance. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your specific out-of-network benefits.

If you prefer not to handle claim submissions yourself, I also offer the option of using Mentaya, a service that manages out-of-network reimbursement for you. Mentaya is helpful if you:
- Have out-of-network benefits
- Feel overwhelmed by insurance paperwork
- Struggle with superbills or past claim denials
- Want a simple, hands-off process

Here's how Mentaya Works:
- You sign up through Mentaya.
- I enter your sessions into their secure platform.
- Mentaya submits your claims and manages all insurance follow-up.
- You receive reimbursement directly from your insurance.
- Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim and handles all paperwork, denials, and communication with insurance. They guarantee submission, or they refund their fee.
